Climbing is hard! And we've seen an overwhelming amount of content about how to get stronger or improve your technique, but we don't see enough content talking about the psychological side of climbing. This is why we have created this space.

If you have been climbing for long enough, you have a deep relationship with fear and perhaps have endured your own climbing meltdown or epic.

On the Psyched to Climb podcast, Steph and Kate do the only thing that seems to help manage and understand the mental side of climbing: they drop their egos and talk honestly about the strong emotions that arise on the climbing wall. This includes fear, anxiety, shame, imposter syndrome, and more. They share stories about their experience as climbers, professionals, and humans.
